Nutritional yeast is more readily available in stores now, but if you are looking for the best out there, I highly recommend Trim Healthy Mama's nutritional yeast. Don't let the term 'yeast' confuse you. The THM website explains it best,
But flavor is not the only reason you will love this stuff. This is the good for you yeast! Don’t let the word “yeast” confuse you. Nutritional Yeast is not remotely like the yeast you think of that wreaks havoc on your body. FAQ
What is the Difference Between Creamy Tomato Soup and Tomato Bisque?
The simplest answer to this is that a creamy tomato soup is just that, creamy! It is typically dairy-based with some sort of cream cheese or milk to make it a lighter color with a smoother texture. Tomato bisque is extraordinarily rich and highly flavored. Bisque is a term from France and usually indicates that it is a creamy soup as well.
There is very little difference between a creamy tomato soup and a tomato bisque. You could consider this recipe for either one of them!
Is Tomato Soup Keto and THM Friendly?
Absolutely, this creamy tomato soup recipe is going to be an S recipe for my Trim Healthy Mama friends and is completely keto-friendly for those who are on that path.
Add a Wasa cracker to it, if you like to have crackers with your soup, but make sure it is an FP (fuel pull) cracker and keep it to one or two to stay in S territory.
