I remember first researching Good Girl Moonshine and was amazed at all the benefits of drinking something with vinegar. Vinegar can be cleansing and helpful in maintaining a healthy diet. What is Apple Cider Vinegar and Lemon Water Good for?
One of my favorite benefits of this apple cider lemonade is its ability to control blood sugar. Because it uses healing ingredients, like a healthy sweetener, it can be all day sipper that cleanses and sustains your body without the high sugar content wreaking havoc on your blood sugar.
I love adding lemons to drinks because it adds an immune system boost and the flavor just soars! Lemons also have adrenal healing powers. God gives us such amazing food to choose from!

There is no scientific research to indicate there is a better time of day to drink apple cider vinegar. I have heard of THM mama's enjoying it right in the morning and they say it helps them get in the THM mindset. I've also heard THM mamas say that they like to drink it in the afternoon because it reminds them to make healthy decisions the rest of the day.
I often drink this apple cider lemonade during the afternoon to keep me on track for the rest of the day.

What can I add to Apple Cider?
Years ago, I started my apple cider vinegar drink journey with a diet that promised I could lose weight if I just drank apple cider vinegar with lemon juice and copious amounts of cayenne pepper.
Let me tell you what...that was a remarkably interesting drink.
Years later I would much rather enjoy my apple cider vinegar with more gentle ingredients. This apple cider vinegar lemonade is a much more tender version. The lemon is extremely good for digestion, immune-boosting, and helps to minimize the spunk of the vinegar.
If you start to like that vinegar flavor, try adding some other ingredients like various fruit, tea bags, or spices to play the flavors of the apple cider vinegar. My popular Sunshine Elixir lemon drink could have some vinegar added to it and it would taste amazing!
