I personally use Hebrew National Hot dogs. They have exactly 2 carbs and no added sugar. The ingredient list is pure (in my opinion) and their practices are safe.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Lightly spray each with coconut spray.
Make the dough according to the packaged directions. Stop at the point of putting the dough into a standard baking dish.
Spread the dough out evenly on the baking sheet. A rubber spatula seems like the best tool to use. The dough should be ⅛-1/4 inch thick.
Using a sharp knife score the dough into 16 triangle sections.
Starting at the long edge of the triangle wrap the hot dough.
Wrap the remaining hot dogs. Place the hot dogs on the other sprayed parchment paper baking sheet.
Sprinkle the hot dogs with everything bagel seasoning.
Place in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Baking times vary. For the last 1-2 minutes you can broil if you like your dough slightly crispy.
FAQ
How to Wrap Hot Dogs
Wrapping the hot dogs is the trickiest part of this recipe. Once you get the dough spread out on a baking sheet lined with parchment and lightly sprayed, you will want to cut the dough into 16 triangle pieces. You can use the picture below as a guide.
Starting at the long edge of the hot dog, you will roll the hot dog to the top of the triangle. Place the wrapped hot dogs on another baking pan lined with parchment paper. I like to spray my parchment paper lightly with coconut spray.
What Hot Dogs Are Healthy?
This is always a hard question to answer because we're talking about hot dogs. Is there truly a healthy option out there? If you have ever seen a picture of the batter of hot dogs, you know there is nothing 'natural' about them. They are made from the emulsified trimmings of pork, beef, and chicken, and then combined with seasonings to get what we know is the hot dog.
Granted, some companies have better practices for making a hot dog healthier than others.
According to the Trim Healthy Mama food analyzer, hot dogs are on plan but they need to be kept at 2 carbs or less per serving.

Storage
If you’ve made too many, don’t worry! Pigs in a blanket store well in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. The key to keeping them fresh is storing them in an airtight container to prevent them from drying out. You can also wrap them in foil or plastic wrap if you’re out of containers.
- Pro Tip: Place parchment paper between layers of pigs in a blanket to avoid them sticking together. This makes it easier to reheat only what you need without breaking or squishing them.
Want to make a batch ahead of time? Pigs in a blanket freeze beautifully! Simply prepare them as usual, but before baking, place them on a baking sheet and freeze until solid. Once frozen, transfer them to a freezer-safe bag or container. Frozen pigs in a blanket can last for up to 2 months in the freezer.
- Pro Tip: Flash-freezing them on the baking sheet first helps to keep their shape and prevents them from sticking together in the freezer.
Tips
Make sure you are following the directions for the No Carb Easy Bread up until the point of placing the dough into the standard bread pan.
I have had the best luck with making the dough by using the hand-whisk method. I know others are completely committed to using a blender.
Spread the dough to about ¼-1/8 inch thick on your parchment paper with a rubber spatula. You may have to experiment with this a bit to find the method that works best for you.
Make sure your oven is preheated before you put your wrapped hot dogs in.
Enjoy my friends! My kids gobbled these up!
